This is my second time staying at this hotel. Came in a group of 3 families (11 people) this time. Good communication with the service team on booking details before we arrived. The location is great if you want to be close to the action but not in the middle of it (as older properties don’t always have good soundproofing). Close to the train station, Kabukicho area, all the main Shinjuku attractions. As a bonus, there are 3 konbini (convenience stores e.g. 7 Eleven) and a lot of good little restaurants within 150, 200m of the hotel. Our favourite is Takamaru, a seafood izakaya, which is diagonally across the road from the hotel. The rooms have been renovated since my last visit. Nicely refreshed. The beds are firm and comfortable, and the memory foam pillow is excellent. Everything is clean and tidy, as you'd expect. Great value for money.

We had a nice room on the top floor with an interesting view of a graveyard (!) and high rise buildings - the fact that the graveyard was there created a lot of space so the room was light and as we also had a balcony, more spacious feel than alot of rooms would be in Tokyo I suspect. The room also had a very high ceiling. Comfortable bed. Lots of amenities in the bathroom. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast and breakfast room was nice with a lot of options. The Hotel itself is in a quiet area very close to a lot of restaurants etc, and very near a particular metro line, however it was easier to walk from Shinjuku Station itself., around 5 minutes. See photo of big zebra crossing with green dog - head North out of station and look for that - you will be heading in right direction! Saying this as the station is very big!!!

They provided everything that we need in a hotel! 1. Comfortable beddings, pillow, soft comforter and a sofa. 2. There is a large window in the room that you can open if you need fresh air, it's got a nice view of buildings. 3. The room is clean and house keeping is available daily. 4. The reception is available 24/7 so if you need something in the middle of the night there will be staff available to assist you. 5. Great location, walking distance to Shinjuku station and to the food places 6. The facilities are so complete. There is a big tv in the room, there's even an air purifier, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, scrub towel, pajama, slippers, toothbrush set, skin care, shoe polisher, etc. 7. The room is big enough for two people. Not too small, not too wide.

The hotel was clean and located at the quieter side of shinjuku. Even though we arrived at 12pm, we were allowed to check in! We got the superior twin room so that we have more space for 2 of us and the extra nook was very helpful! There was a nespresso machine (did not expect it) and an ice dispenser at L4 as well! Perfect if I wanted to make a cup of ice coffee before heading out. There is a 7 11 and lawson very close by along with some eateries - ichiran, kura sushi, sushiro to name a few and uniqlo, donki within walking distance as well

Location is superb - walking distance to all the Shinjuku train stations so it's very convenient when you're travelling not just around Tokyo but taking day-trips out, or even to Fuji Q. You can also walk around in the middle of the night to find lots of eateries, Donki. 24hr pharmacies, clubs and bars which is convenient and more affordable than taking a taxi. The rooms and bathrooms are old but reasonably well maintained, amenities are decent and it's a good stay if you're not spending much time in the rooms except to bathe and sleep.
