This is my second time staying at this hotel. Came in a group of 3 families (11 people) this time. Good communication with the service team on booking details before we arrived. The location is great if you want to be close to the action but not in the middle of it (as older properties don’t always have good soundproofing). Close to the train station, Kabukicho area, all the main Shinjuku attractions. As a bonus, there are 3 konbini (convenience stores e.g. 7 Eleven) and a lot of good little restaurants within 150, 200m of the hotel. Our favourite is Takamaru, a seafood izakaya, which is diagonally across the road from the hotel. The rooms have been renovated since my last visit. Nicely refreshed. The beds are firm and comfortable, and the memory foam pillow is excellent. Everything is clean and tidy, as you'd expect. Great value for money.

The Twin Superior room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Big space to comfortably accomodate 2 adults & a child and enough space to open 2-3 bags for packing/unpacking. We did not opt for breakfast but the rooms had complimentary Nespresso Coffee pods which was great ! Daily housekeeping, good shower pressure, comfortable beds and helpful staff added to the positive experience. The hotel held luggage sent from Osaka (4 days ago) at no charge and assisted with airport luggage services. Conveniently located near food outlets, a Lawson, and a short walk from Shinjuku’s shopping district. Overall, excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. Absolutely go for it !

The staffs are excellent, they are very helpful and they go out of their ways to help you. As a solo traveler I feel very safe & comfortable. It is my first time to Japan, they helped make it easier by providing complete service such as keeping my Ghibli tickets which is delivered there & helping with luggage delivery. I have to say that the hotel is located beside the cemetery but it’s far from scary, as it is also located not far from Shinjuku Station, Kabukicho area & the business area which is very alive and busy 24/7. The staffs nicely switch my room to not directly facing the cemetery. Overall very good value with the very nice, clean and comfortable room.

We stayed here for an overnight before a very early flight - this worked well as reception was 24hr so was able to check out at 4am. Room was very clean and tidy and had the right facilities but is very small. You could only really open one suitcase but wouldnt be able to leave it open, but this didnt phase us as we were only there for overnight. Bathroom was a good size but very narrow. Neighbourhood is in the neighbourhood across from red light district and nightlife so much quieter - good if you want a sleep or low area, but not in the nightlife area if thats what you are after.

The hotel was clean and located at the quieter side of shinjuku. Even though we arrived at 12pm, we were allowed to check in! We got the superior twin room so that we have more space for 2 of us and the extra nook was very helpful! There was a nespresso machine (did not expect it) and an ice dispenser at L4 as well! Perfect if I wanted to make a cup of ice coffee before heading out. There is a 7 11 and lawson very close by along with some eateries - ichiran, kura sushi, sushiro to name a few and uniqlo, donki within walking distance as well
